Dear Young Men: Episode 6 – “Life of A PK” Ft. Seun Babalola
In today’s episode, I interviewed my twin/cousin, Seun! I put him on the hot seat and asked a few questions to find out what it’s like being a PK (Pastor’s/Preacher’s Kid). I’ll let the video do the rest of the talking.
Don’t be a stranger, leave your thoughts below! What do you think about PK’s? Are they heavily judged? Should we even be judging/categorizing them? (no).
I’ll see you next week Sunday with the Season Finale!!
Have a super duper blessed week
Sorry I totally went MIA last week. Midterms tried to do me dirty, but we’re back. So it’s all good, right?
Message of the Week from Sandra Adeyemi of @Sandsssinspiration on IG!!
This Week, she’s challenging you to Honor God with Your Words!!
“In order for our relationship with God to thrive, it has to be an intentional and intimate one. Because God is intentional about us.
So here is a challenge for us this week; to Honor God with our words and not just the spoken word, the written word as well (text messaging, social media etc). It is a good thing to challenge yourself once in a while in order to grow in Christ. So here’s one way, let’s grow together.
No cussing, insults, gossip (if it don’t concern you, don’t speaketh it lol) or plenty talk (in the multitude of words, sin is not lacking but he who restrains his lips is wise Proverbs 10:19).
In this way we honor God as well. It may seem like something trivial, but in all areas of our lives, God must get the glory. Along with this challenge, study the word daily and read devotionals. BE IN HIS PRESENCE. The more you get to know God for who he is, the more you will want to please & honor him. The change must first happen on the inside of us in order for it to take proper effect on the outside. Let God change you and mold you all over again.
Are you ready? Because I am. This week be intentional & May God himself grant you grace.
Happy speaking week ☺️? (My DMs are open to whoever may be having a hard time or whoever needs prayers in general. We are all one body in Christ).
“But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.”
James 3:8-10 NKJV””
