Sim Spiritually Inspired

This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives, just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about God’s wonderful grace. – Colossians 1:6

THE FINALE :”Define Your Relationships” + Season Highlights #DYM16

Glory be to God for all that He has done through DYM16 over the past month and a half.

The launch of Dear Young Men had been long overdue in my opinion, however, God’s timing is the best timing and He really showed up and did his thing.  If you all thought I had a plan and I had it all figured out, you were wrong.  Dear Young Men is a true example of God using his children as vessels.  If only we’d allow him.

As I look back and reflect (major key – reflect; make sure you reflect), I realize that I’ve learned a number of things:

  1. When God wants to use you – do not be lazy.
  2. Be wary of God’s discipline.  He’s a loving Father and he loves you so much that he disciplines you
  3. We’ll make mistakes (because we’re human – although that’s no excuse), however, it’s about how we bounce back from them
  4. Our generation still has a long way to go and lot to learn.  We have got to step up.

.. So thank you all.  Well, thank God. He deserves all the glory.

I must shoutout all my guest stars though.  Thank you for allowing God to speak through you.  Thank you for being role models.  Thank you for standing strong in your faith regardless of the trials we face as young people.  Thank you for not being ashamed of the Gospel.  Thank you for not loving Jesus on the low but instead, testifying of God’s goodness on Sim Spiritually Inspired.  Y’all are the real-est.

– It’s not over yet young men.  Go on and be great for Jesus!! He’ll walk you through it.

Thought of the Week:

They’ll never be content with who you are, so don’t wait for them.  First, you’re too bad.  Then you’re too good. Now you’re too spiritual or “religious”. Close your ears and your eyes… keep your head up and focus on God.  It’s not about them (or “they” as Khaled would say).. You’ll never be enough for them.  Why?  Because they aren’t even enough for themselves. Who are they? They don’t know.  So, focus. Stay focused.  – Sim Lewa A.

Seek the LORD while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near. – Isaiah 55:6

Where are we going next?? Let’s seeeeeee!!!!!
