This One Is For You; [Finding Your Purpose]
Ever since Emmanuel went back to our Father, God – I started to wonder why we’re all here on earth.
Yes, this a deep one. Hang on tight.
What’s our purpose?
Why did God place us on earth for X amount of years?
Why does all this exist?
I understand that we’re on earth to glorify God; then in that case, why isn’t easy for us to do just that!
… and not have to deal with pain, distractions, loss, gain.. the journey.
Recently, God has been pouring out His blessings all over me – and I haven’t been able to understand why it’s all happening now?
Clearly God doesn’t run on our schedule!
As I prayed fervently that week we were believing for a miracle in Emmauel’s life; God was like – here you go – here’s money – here’s your event location – here’s your team – take this, take that.
SimSpirituallyInspired.com turned 2 years old on July 19th! Glory be to God…
I’m beginning to see it and understand it.
The most powerful thing is having the ability to praise God through a storm.
He sees us and honors us.
I’ll be honest with you – it isn’t easy.
And.. I don’t think it was ever meant to be.
It’s slowly but surely making sense.
Our differences and similarities as Christians and human beings in general; is becoming more beautiful to me.
I don’t have an answer. I really don’t.
But what I do have is God.
God’s unfailing love.
His willingness to pour out His spirit all over us.
How He opens our eyes to our individual purposes.
I’m beginning to see it.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a pretty solid idea of what mine is.
The super deep question i’ll pose to you tonight is – what’s your purpose?
Why are you here on earth?
Open you eyes to see and your ears to hear.
God is waiting – don’t miss it. Don’t take it to the grave with you.
That’s just where my head has been these past couple of weeks. Welcome to my mind.
Continue to pray for me as I pray for you! We’re on this journey together. I just happen to have a platform now – thank you Jesus.
And let me tell you, when your purpose is revealed to you; HOLD ON TO IT.
You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name. – Proverbs 15:16
You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail. – Proverbs 19:21
