Faith – Only When It’s Convenient?
You only want to have faith when it’s convenient for you.
You only believe certain parts of the Bible because it’s convenient for you.
Passages about marriage and relationships – you’ve got that down-packed.
Passages declaring God has given you peace of mind – ehh, sure, but you’re still anxious.
Passages that encourage you to ask, seek, knock – yeah you’ll ask but “seek” and “knock”? Nah
Do you remember “fear not, for I am with you”?
Only when it’s convenient right?
It’s when troubles arise that you realize how faint your faith is. I thank God for trials and tribulations.
Where’s your foundation?
It’s not a fear issue. It’s a faith issue.
Remember, whatever it is that you’re going through is part of your story.
Reach out. Talk about it. Your story might encourage someone else! (email@example.com)

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. – Isaiah 41:10
And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. – Hebrews 11:6
But when he saw the strong[a] wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shouted. Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. “You have so little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?” – Matthew 14:30-31
I strongly believe that we’ve been called to pray in unity. Youth & Young Adults, please try and join this weekly conference call/prayer line. We’re working to start recording them and get more international access.
